What does 1:1 virtual coaching + personalized programming entail?
-8-week minimum commitment
-1 on 1 training sessions via zoom 1-3 times per week
-45-60 min zoom session
-Direct contact to me via text message or on the app where you can send me daily form checks and ask me questions
-A weekly check-in via text message to go over progress for the week and any modifications that need to be made
-Optional programming via the Trainerize app
-Demo videos of how to correctly perform each movement- with detailed form cues and set ups
