We have handled lifters from local level all the way up to the world championships! If you’re looking for experienced coaches and lifters who are passionate about making your meet day experience one to remember, we’re the handlers for you.
Handling Includes:
Pre-meet consultation to discuss training stats and meet day goals.
Meet day warm-up and attempt selection made for you based on training stats, goals, and observations/adjustments the day of.
Complete guidance through the entire day i.e., what/when to eat, what equipment to use, when to begin and end warmups etc.
Additional cost if Adelina or Chase has to travel more than 2 hours for the meet and/or an overnight stay is required.
